OUR PUPPY TOBY!!!!

So as i blogged yesterday we got our puppy last night! and he is the cutest litle criiter ever!!! I completely fell in love with him the moment i saw him and once we got him home josh fell in love with him too!!! he is so little he is only 1 pound!!!! he was born April 24th 2008!!! so here are some pictures of our sweet little baby puppy!!! it is so awesome to have like a little family! lol i know i is weird to think like that but it is true! he is our baby now and i am so happy to call him mine! we cant wait to take him up to the family party on the 2nd for Josh's birthday! he is going to steal some hearts!!!!

UPDATES!!!

So we have not been blogging lately and so i figured while i am waiting to go get my new 10 week old puppy that i would update you all on our life! So as you all know i went home for my sister's graduation, we had a great time and it was a bitter sweet moment to watch her graduate! it was awesome to know she finally did it but at the same time it is sad to know she is all grown up! it ai weird to think that just 3 years prior i was in her same shoes!!!
But we got to go to the beach for Father's Day and that was so special!!! i ahvent been home for Father's Day in 3 years and so it was a great time for me to fly a kite with my dad and the play in the sand.

After going home it was time to come back to Rexburg and help pack up Josh and my apartment. We had to get ready to move! So we have finally moved to Utah and found a great townhome for josh and i to live in! we are so excited to move in and Josh is loving his job!

JOSH GRADUATED FOR BYU-IDAHO!!! HE GOT A 94% ON HIS LAST TEST AND HE IS SO RELIEVED!!!!

We also went up last weekend to finalize our move to utah and in our luck Jake and Terressa had their new baby girl!!! so we were able to see her before we moved. This is the first time i have been able to home a new born baby! it is so precious to see how peaceful and fragile babies are! As you all probably know her name is Lydia D. Thornock, Jill, Josh and I joke that her middle name is after me!!! hehehehe but it most likely is not but it is fun to pretend right? hahaha we all know i have not made that much impact in the family to have babies being named after me yet HAHAHAHAHAA

Well that is all i have to blog so far, later on i will add pictures of our puppy!!! that we get to get today at 4:30!!!

WE ARE MOVING!!!!

Yes it is official! Josh and I are finally moving to Utah, i am moving to utah june16th and josh will follow shortly after when he graduates! i know it is really fast but i have received a great job offer in midvale utah working as an office manager. We are also getting a puppy as many of you guys know! i am getting him the 1st weekend in july! he is currently 1lbs and 6 weeks old!!!!!
needless to say we are extremely excited about our new and fast paced events happening! we cant wait for the exciting life that awaits us in Utah. We are really excited to live near Jill and Dave, (josh has a new golfing buddy) and we are going to miss people in Rexburg, but ti be honest i am so excited to get of the college town!!!! no offense to anyone who loves it there, we are just ready for changes!!!!!

JOSH SEWS!!!

HAHAHA so as many people know i am currently really into sewing my own clothes and love sacs, so i have been sewing for couple weeks and Josh and I were getting ready for a date and i heard the sewing machine go off, and i was like what is going on..... and this is what i saw!!!!
i couldnt stop laughing! it was so funny and cute that i had a domestic husband!!! i couldnt help but film it!!!

also here are some more pictures of a new shirt i finished making, Josh says it looks like a chinese shirt so i had to squint my eyes HAHAHAHA hope you enjoy them!

DANIELLE SEWS!!!!

So as some of you might know I have been wanting to start sewing my own shirts, dont ask me why i just have! lol So finally a borrowed Terressa's (my sister-in-law) sewing machine and bought fabric to start making my own shirts. This is the first time i have ever sewn anything useful! lol i think one time when i was younger i made a pillow case for halloween candy but that is about it! This Is A Big Deal! So i started saturday night and finished it tonight! as you can tell by the pictures it looks pretty darn good! it is actually wearable! and it looks really cute i might add! i have never been more proud of myself! Even my Josh was surprised and proud of me! we had to take pictures and blog about it!!! Granted it is not the best shirt but i will get better!!!! i am so excited to continue sewing and making cute clothes! i am such a homemaker HAHAHAHA

THE ZOO!!!!

So as everyone knows today was GORGEOUS!!!! so Josh and I decided to go to the zoo! i never knew there was a zoo so close so we had to check it out! When we got there we had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to get inside! The zoo in Idaho Falls is a lot smaller then any other zoo i have been to but i enjoyed it because you actually got to see them up close and enjoy each type of animal! A zoo keeper even brought one of my favorite animals out and i ws literally 1 foot awat from a penguin yes that is right a PENGUIN!!! i was so excited!! i loved to i felt like i was two again! Josh thought it would be funny to imitate a pelican, so as he was doing so they started to snap at him!!! i couldnt believe it, Josh also made a monky friend, as we walked by the window of his cage we came right up to josh and look right at him! so i had to take a couple of pictures! It was amazing to be able to be so close to these animals, it was weird because other zoos you are so far away you have to zoom like crazy in to see them, but here if we would reach over the small gates we would be able to touch them! but i would advise not to! today was a great bonding day just me and josh! As you can tell we enjoyed ourselves!

The Attack of the Little Sister

So for my little sister's spring break she decided to come visit Josh and I. This is the first time my family has come to visit since we have been married, needless to say it was a little weird at first, but then it got better.
It is easy to see that things were back to normal really quick!
Sisters are so much alike! lol we always seem to have so much fun together! My little sister Michelle and I did everything you can do in rexburg lol
The first thing she wanted to do is get a Horkley's! HAHAHAHA it was great!
We all went down to Candace and Troy's wedding on MArch 28th and these pictures are from the endless trip down and the shinanigans leading up to it!
Boy i cant wait to have Michelle up here for school!! it will be so much fun just like the old times!!!!
